Once we've confirmed your appointment by email, a £25 deposit secures your slot. This is deducted from your final grooming price, the remaining balance is paid on the day, once your pet's groom is complete.
Your deposit is fully refundable or transferable if you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows, as this time slot could not be offered to another client.
No problem — with at least 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date at no extra cost. Rescheduling with less notice may result in the deposit being forfeited, as per our cancellation policy above.
